I’m 32M, working at [HCLTech](hcl-technologies) 60K in hand, with personal and home loans. My parents are forcing me into marriage due to societal pressure.

The girl isn’t working, unsure if she will, and her family demands a lavish wedding we can’t afford....we’re even taking loans for it. I begged to postpone, but no one listens.

I asked her to cancel she refuses. She ignores my calls but sweet talks my family, even lying that we’re getting along. We’re complete opposites in lifestyle, values, and personality.

I’ve tried everything even acting like a red flag but she won’t back out. Am I stuck? What should I do?

Its nothing ,everything is fake their advertisement and tie-ups,they have been cheating students across southindia since 10years.so called vinod and suresh the directors of Regusaviation aren't any pilots nor they have any experience in aviation dont even think of paying a single penny to them .they are running like cowards form state to state as been with so many FIR aganist them and company .dont spoil your life and career with this stupid and fake consultancy

Poor salary and benefits. Centre team are underpaid compared to competitors. Centre team are overloaded with responsibilities specially sales targets. No promotions and appraisals.

Someone in another country died because a client hit them in the back of the head with a crowbar and what did the company do? They took away all of our covid protocals so we were not only in danger of angry clients but because of a global pandemic too.
There are no salary hikes, when I started I was earning more than someone in the same positions who was there for 5 years!
They would rather hire from outside than promote people they already have.
They want everyone to work like a dog with no compensation. They continuously say that if you work harder then you'll be looked at for promotion but they will very rarely give anyone a promotion.
They gave no help during covid and wanted us to deal with aggressive clients during this time.
They change systems and protocals out of nowhere to things that mke no sense.
They charge for EVERYTHING while saying its all inclusive and basically make their policies something that make clients angry for good reason.
They never listen to employees and also hire tech from overseas instead of locally so its hard to get ANYTHING done.
They don't give you any authority at all so even if you need a room cleaned or something fixed urgently, it takes forever to get approved. My floor was flooded and it took forever to get a plumber in because of this process. etc etc etc.

It pays alright and it is 8:30 am to 5 pm with no way to go remote so you don't bring work home if you don't want to.
