Nice environment and culture. Teammates bare suportive. During lockdown days company had decreased working timings with no effect in salary.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Centers carry a professional corporate culture. We meet new people everyday.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and no salary hike because of which there is no carreer growth. Company can hire new people from a different background for a senior position avoiding the ones eho have been giving their time and energy for that position.

Regus is a good company to work for. You get to interact with clients who working for global companies. The fact that they allow casuals on Friday and a holiday on birthday is a plus point. Also the work pressure is very less. It feels like a government job since the job security is also quite strong according to me. Saturdays And Sunday's are off....Read More

The growth prospects are quite average. I mean you go up to Team Lead but it will take you a lot of time. I believe 7 to 8 years and to be frank I don't see any growth after team lead position. No growth oppurtunities, no compensation of extra work. No yearly increments and no salary hikes.
