subject teachers are their boss for their subject. No one to observe nor question about your work. liberty to the teacher to even complete or incomplete the syllabus.

Dislikes

You need to work like a slave. if the teachers serve 3 months notice to relieve from the day you give the resignation letter, teachers are not been paid. they tell they would pay after 3 months. after quitting if we call nobody will respond, the accounts department don't take the responsibility. if we speak to Principle, he tells on admin. never they pay

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
