No work life balance, Worst leadership, Worst environment. Expected to learn everything through trial and error because guidance is a myth here. Stability?????? You could be a star performer one day and the next day you can get a goodbye letter. Parts of the JD they never talk about- stress, anxiety, burnout, office politics, micromanagement on an hourly basis and fragile ego of so-called leaders, mentors whatever crap....... best people to make you feel under confident, have a self-doubt, demotivated and feel anxious about yourself whether you are worth it or not. spoiled my career here for all the bad reasons.
