If you really need a job and there is no other option then only join this organization/sector. You will not have any personal life. Your life will be stuck in mobile/laptop screens and 24 hour phone calls. Else try somewhere else. Just avoid/ignore this organization.

Beware, there is no SOP in the organization. You will be told to anything at any moment. And you have to do it anyhow, by hook or crook, its their motto. Job is not secure at all. Not taking anyone's name, but all the upper management is just a mess. There is neither a proper joining policy nor leaving policy. There is just chaos inthe organization, everyone is just pin pointing each other. Ground level team is suffering the most.
