zero structure, poor hr, no employee security or benefits. job security is always at risk. Can Antime give you any random work if you like it or not, can fire you anytime . does not value employees and work-life balance. will ask you to be available 24/7.

Emergency services is essential and live saving. It makes me feel that I am contributing to the society in a way. Salary is needed as well.

It's a very small company. There is no product to sell except the ambulance services. The state head doesn't have enough human resources owing to cost control but everything is expected out of one person be it growth in terms of scaling up the existing business and through new account addition.
