Beware, there is no SOP in the organization. You will be told to anything at any moment. And you have to do it anyhow, by hook or crook, its their motto. Job is not secure at all. Not taking anyone's name, but all the upper management is just a mess. There is neither a proper joining policy nor leaving policy. It's a very small company. There is no product to sell except the ambulance services. The state head doesn't have enough human resources owing to cost control but everything is expected out of one person be it growth in terms of scaling up the existing business and through new account addition.
