Dislikes

Everything! Right from the management to heirarchy, from work procedures. There's no defined SOP. We were asked to stay on "Holiday without Pay" and No compensation or help has been provided during the COVID-19 times nearly all of the staff has lost their jobs, we have not even been paid our salary for March and it's November when I wrote this review. Pathetic!

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
