It's only the name of the company which I like about Reckitt.

I recently joined Reckitt. No proper training or handover was provided to me about the job. Work I am doing is totally different from the work which was told to me during interview. Work culture of the company is worst ever culture I've seen in my life. Every single person on Shop floor as well as in office is trying to pull down the new comer. No support from managers and officers for execution of the task. Reckitt is good brand to work with it if you want a work and personal life balance. increment is and average side, they give you as much so you don't left the job but on the other hand you will not happy with it at the same time.

not as much to dislike but if you think you can get a premonition with the entry level position you are wrong peoples are setting on the same chair for 5 to 7 years with the entry level position and there on movement for them .
