The list is really long but keeping it crisp for the readers. Pathetic senior management and middle management. Top management leaves organization every 2 years. On the name of speed, they compromise on quality. Company has big liking for MBA graduates from premium institutes who are technically zero on IT skills and good on blabbering, anyone will have hard time dealing with such idiots. Work culture = one world Toxic.
