If you are experienced professional , you can't apply your thought process at work , rather listen to what the execution team says , the janitor has filled in his people to be the walls and ears for his organisation. Not a good place to work.

Team leads considers resource to be their owned property. Team leads and managers have no value for suggestion from resources, so no matter how senior resource you are and how good your suggestion is, you have to take a step back. All is well till you don't make any mistake, once you do your capabilities will be questioned.
