I like the salary here. When I switched over to this company, I got a 200% hike in my annual CTC. My take home salary has doubled. My perks have also increased. I get free food vouchers here. Even my PF contributions have increased manifold. I have also been provided with a car & a driver. I am happy AF.

I don’t like the ad hoc nature of work. The company should have better management structuring
