Salary date iss company mein kuch aisa hai: Jan mein 27th, Feb mein 11th, March mein kuch pata nahi becuase aaj 16th hai & holi b khatam ho gya but salary nahi aayi hai. 2. Salary mangne par sidha terminate kar dete hai 3. Site visit ka bhi paisa nahi deti hai na salary aur bolte hai khudke paise se on site jao.. bhai 2 2 mahine salary nahi doge toh kya main kidney bech ke site visit karu? 4. Bolte hai din ke 400 calls karo aur fir usi din ajeeb ajeeb activity krwane HR se vo joker aa jate hai. Lunch ke baad yoga krwate hai aur activity ka naam energyiser bolte hai. fir 1 ghanta barbaad krne k baad sham ko extra time kaam krwate hai agar 400 calls complete nahi kiye toh. 5. Competition ko dikhane ke liye party krte hai jiska budget inke pass nahi hota. non veg & veg ka preference puchenge but denge nahi qki budget kam hai. 1 beer ki can se 3 logo ko beer denge. and sabko sirf 3 pass milte hai so that zada kharcha na ho jaye. 6. HR department yehan hai hi kyun pata nahi kuch pata nhi hota inhe. 2 log hai HR mein attitude aisa jaise pradan-mantri hai kahi ke. Shaqal achi hai nahi toh atleast baat toh dhang ki kara karo... 7. Executive ki notice period bhi 2 mahine rakha hai.. notice period mein salary nahi denge. bolte hai lst working day se 60 days mein milegi. Leave bhi nhi allowed hai. 9. joining ke time koi invformation nahi dete. baad mein security ke naam par blank cheque sign krwa ke rakh lete hai. Agar kisi ko pata ho koi aisi company jo aisa krti hai toh please mujhe batana. 10. Yehan decision makers 1 aadmi nahi hai.. 10 10 hai.. kisi ka sar patal-lok mein toh kisi ka pair bhul-lok mein. The company reward the employee which I like the most . The manager are friendly and supportive. Employees don't feel uncomfortable reaching out to reporting manager for queries and suggestion . There is incentive plan along with the perk such as trip abroad and even cars for the top performers . This year a few of our seniors heregot cars as a performance bonus . I like growth opportunities here . In the annual R&R ceremony held last month, I was promoted & given a 40% hike in the pay scale . This has really boosted the confidence and faith in the company . Salary disbursement is always on time . I get the complete job satisfaction here as I know I will certainly be promoted based on my performance . The formal dress code suits my personality .

I don't like the interior of my cabin . It should be more funky and creative .

I like the management here ,we are taken very seriously. I personally feel connected to the management as my opinions are register with seriousness . The online HR-one platform of the company keeps everything unnecessary at an arms distance. you just need to raise a help ticket & within minutes you are assigned a coordinator . This makes the environment inside productive & enthusiastic .

I feel that the company should promote engaging fun activities at the end of the week instead of in the beginning.

I am by nature reserved and introverted. I face problems mingling around with people in general. At all of my previous work places it would be a problem if I had to mix up and chat around. I mentioned this to the HR at the time of interview and instead of forming any opinion of me that HR reassured and confirmed me. When I joined the team I was given space to settle down. People would not push me to get involved. Instead they let me be untill I felt comfortable. Now, i feel much more relaxed. I like the FOP policy of the company for females. As per this, the measuring employees are allowed paid leaves & work from home without any salary deduction. This really means a lot for women as there are days when they know about their body's situation. This really promotes the female employees & boosts their morale. The management itself has substantial women representation.

I think the free parking facility should be extended to all the employees.
