Dislikes

Nothing much but there is a concern where the company think about. If not 5 days working, these should be 2 Saturdays off in a month to manage the workload and also it will help us to work proactively with fresh mind. Apart from that, everything is good over here.

As per my experience thane and navi mumbai branch work culture is too toxic and unprofessional. First of all they don't do background check because of that they end up hiring creepy managers or anyone who's not deserving. For instance, manager who's handling a team doesn't know how to talk or how to behave with female employees Very abusive languages he uses ,his name is nadeem . And company provides first day of periods as WFH but TL Nadeem ask their female employee to give proof of periods so you guys can assume how cheap he is. There should ideally be two days off in a week. Also, the working hours start a bit early, around 9:30, but it would be better if they could begin around 10 or 10:30 instead.

The environment and the culture of Realty makes it a great place to work and that is why we are awarded as the great place to work. Being a real estate organization, the culture here is similar to the corporate world.

Dislikes

There is always a scope of improvement so my only feedback to the organization is to focus a little on the trips for the teams where they can gather outside the office premises and indulge more with the members.
