Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers to promote products, services, or special offers.

• Introduce company offerings and persuade customers to take action (e.g., make a purchase, schedule an appointment).

• Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Qualify leads and determine the best solution based on customer needs.

• Customer Interaction & Support:

• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.

• Outbound Calling: concerns raised by customers in a professional and courteous manner.
