Tele Caller

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service or sales. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to introduce products/services, generate leads, or schedule appointments.
• Inbound Calls: Answer inbound calls and provide solutions, information, or assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Data Entry: Record customer interactions, update client information in CRM systems, and track call outcomes accurately.

• Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post-sale questions or concerns.

• Meet KPIs: Consistently meet call quotas, conversion rates, and performance metrics as set by the team leader/manager.

• Maintain Records: Keep track of all calls, interactions, and feedback for future reference and reporting purposes.

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
• ,minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information effectively.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide resolutions with a positive attitude.
