See, there are always two sides to a coin. But here I find the positive side overweighs the negative one. I like the positive work culture here. There is no dearth of opportunities for professional and personal development here. I find the work life balance to be quite satisfying here as I get enough "me time" here post the working hours. There is no such thing as "overwork" here and I'm quite happy about it. My inhand salary has also seen leaps over the two years since I became a part of the organization. The free food vouchers for the company cafeteria really make me happy as I don't have to be concerned about my lunch. Hence saving on my meals and complete work satisfaction - a win-win for me....Read More

Although, we get free food vouchers. The quality of food served at the cafeteria should be improved. Making the menu a bit diverse would do the shots here.

The environment and the culture of Realty makes it a great place to work and that is why we are awarded as the great place to work. Being a real estate organization, the culture here is similar to the corporate world.

There is always a scope of improvement so my only feedback to the organization is to focus a little on the trips for the teams where they can gather outside the office premises and indulge more with the members.
