I like growth opportunities here . In the annual R&R ceremony held last month, I was promoted & given a 40% hike in the pay scale . This has really boosted the confidence and faith in the company . Salary disbursement is always on time . I get the complete job satisfaction here as I know I will certainly be promoted based on my performance . The formal dress code suits my personality .

Dislikes

I don't like the interior of my cabin . It should be more funky and creative .

They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. The company reward the employee which I like the most . The manager are friendly and supportive. Employees don't feel uncomfortable reaching out to reporting manager for queries and suggestion . There is incentive plan along with the perk such as trip abroad and even cars for the top performers . This year a few of our seniors heregot cars as a performance bonus . I like the management here ,we are taken very seriously. I personally feel connected to the management as my opinions are register with seriousness . The online HR-one platform of the company keeps everything unnecessary at an arms distance. you just need to raise a help ticket & within minutes you are assigned a coordinator . This makes the environment inside productive & enthusiastic .

I feel that the company should promote engaging fun activities at the end of the week instead of in the beginning.

I am by nature reserved and introverted. I face problems mingling around with people in general. At all of my previous work places it would be a problem if I had to mix up and chat around. I mentioned this to the HR at the time of interview and instead of forming any opinion of me that HR reassured and confirmed me. When I joined the team I was given space to settle down. People would not push me to get involved. Instead they let me be untill I felt comfortable. Now, i feel much more relaxed. I like the FOP policy of the company for females. As per this, the measuring employees are allowed paid leaves & work from home without any salary deduction. This really means a lot for women as there are days when they know about their body's situation. This really promotes the female employees & boosts their morale. The management itself has substantial women representation.

I think the free parking facility should be extended to all the employees.

I work in Pune branch and I felt like I have taken wrong decisions to join this company. There is worst bunch of peoples who believe in “ Chatugiri”only Work culture is very pathetic and city manager as well. In 4 months 6 employees has resigned due to harassment and pressure. HR department is the worst I ever seen and they never ever respond your call. I wasted my career here But you don’t
