My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. This Company provides the perfect Working Environment for their people.

Dislikes

There is no Job Security in this place. Most senior people working in this place are arrogant. This company looks for a Third Party Consultancy called Interactive Management System(IMS) to hire candidates. They (IMS) are the worst people you can ever find because They delay your salaries, cut your salaries and create all types of issues!!

Work Details

I enjoyed working with my colleagues there. But overall i'd say this was an boring experience for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
