Nothing. Long review, but please read, as I made a massive mistake when I ignored a similar review by a person, and ended up joining this company.
Only Work Life Balance was okay. And, that too, is not worth it, when you realise what a rubbish company you are working for. I wish I had written this exactly at the time when I actually left the company. More facts would have come out, more accurately. Firstly, this is almost a scam company. They are not a digital marketing company, so if you are looking to do aand learn proper digital marketing company, this is far from that. If you are doing 'SEM' for them, rest assured, you are just 'documenting'/like data entry in 'an excel/word' template that they have created, for someone who is doing real digital marketing for this company sitting in the U.S. office. You can make a few changes within the set limit only, set by the actual digital marketing experts. Your job is to only 'suggest' certain elements and actions, you wont actually be running the campaign at all. Just documenting it for someone who is running it. So, basically, a back office job(but without back office perks/benefits). With so many potential digital marketing enthusiasts like me, who have actually invested in learning it, and so many opportunities locally, it is a waste of your booming talent that is in demand right now. And, you will realise this within a month, if not a week. And this is where the real scam game begins. The company already knows this. This is just one but main reasons why everyone is leaving this company in batches. So, they hire again in huge batches of 20-30. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A BOND OF ATLEAST 1.5 - 2 YEARS AND TAKE A SIGNED CHECQUE OF RS.50,000(They say this is for all digital marketing training costs of the training in case you leave. But, I have told you above, why they do this to stop you from leaving. The training costs, you realise is Utter non-sense when you realise their over-complicated stupid process that is NOT REAL DIGITAL MARKETING. IT IS THEIR OWN IN-HOUSE DIGITAL PLATFORM WHICH WONT BE USEFUL ANYWHERE IN A REAL DIGI MARK FIRM. They know this. Other Digi firms will realise this if you do interviews later on elsewhere for growth. Which is why, everyone is saying why working here is actually harmful for you career growth. We join with the hopes of learning, so we pay the Bond cheque and sign a 2 year contract of not leaving. Now, you're stuck. You wont get experience letter if you want to get out, unless you pay up 50K. What happens with most people is worse than this. For something, that is NOT EVEN REAL DIGITAL MARKETING, their training is soooo complicated and takes days (their so-called training cost justification), because their in-house portal is from the Old-age. They have created a new one too, but now they have to rely on both for data, because transferring data/methods to the new one will cost them an unimaginable amount of money. So, now, you are just wasting a good time of your life, learning something, you will never use in the real digital marekting world. COMING TO THE WORST PART. They have creating absolute non-sensical quality check tests, Nesting pods(lol), because their non-sensical process is so freaking complicated(not difficult, just complicated. You are basically learning to hover around their platforms and how to fill their templates. Google Ads will be seen like only for 1% of your time. And, they have only 5 days of actual On the job learning. The rest is spent in some stupid Nesting pod non-sense which they think is a genius idea to minimise the amount of errors, and ease the process. Worse. The actual job is to reach a Book limit of 'cases'/templates you will be filling. So, the whole idea of nesting is to speed you up, so you can 'reach you targets'. Your 9 to 6 work life being the only benefit of this company will go out of the window, for initial 6 months. Even, then that benefit is not worthy. Because, after 5 years, when you want to work in a real digital marketing company, you will be crying real tears. I have seen this regret, within the seniors of this company.
When you havent learnt anything(within only 5 days of actual training), the Nesting only pressurises you and increases errors. There is no training happening there. NESTING, HERE, IS A SINGLE PERSON HANDLING 5-6 NEWBIES. THEY ALL BELONG TO DIFFERENT SUB PROCESSES AND RULES. THAT SINGLE LEADER HIMSELF IS CLUELESS ABOUT THE DIFFERENT PROCESSES AND WILL CALL OUT SOMEONE FROM THESE PROCESS TEAMS TO HELP OUT. You will wonder how this freak show is bettee than On the job training of 5 days(only to speed up your meeting the target pace). ABSOLUTE FREAK SHOW in the name of digital marketing. NOW, HERE IS THE REAL GAME. WHEN YOU END UP WITH ERRORS DURING THIS FREAK SHOW, YOU WILL BE TERMINATED, JUST LIKE THAT. BECAUSE, YOU HAVE SIGNED A BOND, EITHER YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY UP THAT BOND MONEY OR YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR EXPERIENCE LETTER. BECAUSE, PEOPLE COULDNT PAY, THEIR HALF SALARY OF 25K will not be given to them that month. SO, THEY HAVE ALREADY RECOVERED HALF THEIR BOND MONEY. YOU GOT SCAMMED EITHER WAY, CAUSE YOU STILL DONT HAVE THE LETTER. YOUR MONTHS THERE ARE WASTED. People have been blatantly told by the HR people in the so-called EXIT MEETING that PAY UP THE BOND MONEY AND GET YOUR RELIEVING LETTER. This happens on a pretty good scale, so they have a smooth system in place where they smoothly let you go, even get your belongings to your meeting room, as they relieve you (so that you dont have to go back to your desk and face the employees in a humiliating way. Well, HOW CONSIDERATE. THINKING HOW OFTEN THIS HAPPENS, THEY ARE PROBABLY SAVIG THEIR OWN FACE, AND HIDING FROM THEIR EMPLOYESS HOW OFTEN THEY ARE DOING THIS. THE BOND AND THIS RELIEVING ARE LIKE OPEN SECRETS. TO AND FRO'S FROM HR TO CUBICLE, CUBICLE TO HR. Do I even get started on the Bad, rude management(although, there are SOME good people, but many of us wouldnt know if they're good, unless we make it past the Bond time.) This is already a never ending post. I made a massive mistake by ignoring a similar review someone had written where that person got 'fired' in the training period itself like many others, and because of the Bond, her salary was denied, she never got the Experience letter, bond money tried to be retrieved(similar to me). I ignored it then, in the name of, Oh! I'll learn digital marketing atleast. So, the bond should be fine. I have nothing to lose, etc. Etc. Well, a massive mistake. Not to forget the humiliation. Unless, you are thick-skinned like me, this entire experience can be very humiliating, given that this is a fairly useless company, and it is actually humiliating, if you work here for a long time. But, you will be made to feel like you are the worst performer, even when there are many others who are pretty competent, averagly smart people who have also been treated loke this.
