The company has work processes that doesn't give a sense of satisfaction after working. Also, the work that is being done here is of so low quality and limited that it is useless to even mention in any other organization's interview. Nothing. The upper management is more interested in what kind of clothes people wear and what are they doing in there life after office. Senior director wants everything according to her way.She is a mad woman who fires people like she is distributing candies. And she herself doesnt know anything about the work. Full of fake accent.Dont want to take name but seriously i have not seen a more psycotic woman than her in my life. She has made the office hell. And she has the access to glassdoor reviews so she deletes all the negative reviews and ask the working employees or rather give them orders to write everything positive. USA has main office however those people are not at all interested in what is going on in India office they just want their work done. Thats it! No pay hike nothing. This is my honest review. The entire hiring process is pathetic. They don't value your time. The so-called" HR team" will try to prove that they are being very helpful but beware of taking help or guidance from them in writing the English exam. They will ask you to frame the sentences in the way they want, even though you know that sentence is not correct. They expect you to be super excellent in English, both written and verbal wherein they have HR who cannot even speak properly. Don't try your luck if you believe that you are good at English. They have the same hiring pattern for all the departments. Even though you are good at SEM knowledge, they don't value it. So better try in some other companies who would at least hire you on the basis of knowledge and experience that you have gained....Read More
