There are two types of employee like Company employee and 3rd party employee(Teamlease employee). At first RDC hire as a 3rd party after that they promise to convert on roll. Now coming to the main point. Those who company payroll they behave like "Boss". There working culture so bad even a Eeco driver is more valuable person as compare to you. The incident happened with me and also other employee like one day we ready to go party on that night and some reason one employee not to agree to go party and that " Eeco driver told that employee if you r not coming then your salary will be deducted in the next month after that I told him who r u to told him like that and the Eeco driver fight with me and told me leave my Eeco" itna power diya gaya tha usko ..marne aya tha . After that our respected BM told me to take step about that but nothing to do about that driver. There are no respect for any 3rd payroll employee. Also cook person is more value than you. In 2 month more than 5 employee resign because of these problem....Read More
