Working with RCM is best experience ... I have been working heere for years now ... Working with RCM now feels a lot more comfortable and homey vibe .. everything now I have and I am is because of RCM. Now I can't think of working anywhere other than rcm I am now attached to RCM by heart . It's like a family to me .

Working with RCM for years now is good but few things I don't like is about my promotion and salary increment ... As higher authorities working knowns about my capability and my skills but still I am on the same position with a bit of that salary as the same .... No work Pressure and it's a good organization to start career and grow. Very focused on health goals along the life goals. It's a developing company and required Good leaders.

Distance from city is 15 kilometer and Obviously outsider employees are unable to get food by zomato and swiggy. Canteen is need to improve. Travel policies can be better by giving TA to the employees who come by their own vehicles
