Good company to work with! Rchilli is using various automation tools for Recruitment Solutions and Companies. Work culture was very nice.The entire management is politeful to each and every employee in the organization.The Company is also responsible for providing various policies,appraisals which are benificial to the employees in further career.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike!! Leave policy has to be changed because only 12 leaves per year apart from national holidays and week-off..

The job is very flexible!! There was a training session for 2 days and later learnt everything easily.Also got the certification from Hubspot..Worked with different teams.
