Company is growing In a good way. There is a work life balance. You can learn a lot. Started a training courses. Additionally Nice salary and providing allowances. Yearly a decent hike. Week off leave.

Dislikes

Night shift. They can give permanent WFH but still doing Hybrid model( weekly twice). Following only US Holidays ( Since this is US Mortgage) but ultimately good news is mostly that holiday fall in either Monday/ Friday. So will get long weekend .
