Reporting Analyst

Role & responsibilities :

• Ensure all client reporting deliverables and commitments are reviewed accurately and delivered timely.
• The Analyst will be responsible for addressing the Investors queries on time.
• Understand and analyze the payment histories and loan amortization to identify inconsistencies.
• Analyze the collection of borrower funds and timely remittance of funds to Investor.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits.
• Provide documentation to support all financial transactions.
• Assist internal and external auditing with the documentation.

Preferred candidate profile :

• A post-graduate degree (preferably MBA in Finance) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Institutional Operations, Client Servicing, or Reporting capacity.
• Excellent analytical skills and equivalent mortgage servicing experience is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships internally and with external clients.
• Experience in gathering, organizing, and reporting information.
• Adhere to the highest standards with problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Expertise in Office 365 with advanced Excel skills and reporting skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks to deliver the right results in a timely manner.
• Ability to multi-task, a strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and effective organizational skills.
