The hospital still working on principles of 1980s .still in paper work. The staff.the admin aren't qualified enough to treat the drs respectfully.specially Satish Patel. Has no sense

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
