Learning curve is exponential, but learning can be used within org mostly

Work like hell, no work life balance Ctc is low compared to SDE, but work is same Almost no promotion and little Appraisal below 10% You will get on PIP and can be moved out

Good engineering culture, in terms of learning and focus on improving dev productivity. Smart peers, good office.

Dislikes

As fintech is competitive space, there's some deadline pressure as such in projects, which can cause tech debts in project at times. Lots of tech debts in many projects. Many repo's are still in PHP which is an outdated technology, although they are putting efforts to shift to Golang.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
