The Interview process was horrible, no communication, no structure, the HRBP Manager took my interview and as usual asked me a few questions about my experience but wait, she didn't allow me to talk or complete my statements. She kept speaking and held a very egoistic body language - with an attitude which says 'you are nothing'. Since the very beginning of interaction, the communication was never clear, i checked with acouple of folks about the same and they too had similar experiences. The best part is my ex colleague is also working here and this person clearly warned me of the toxic culture within the org and the unprofessional behaviour among employees, sadly now the culture isn't an issue as the people who've built the culture are themselves toxic. Almost Nothing expect salary and work life balance. Other than that, office is nice and food is ok.

Very bad and unprofessional approach from director level employees. No proper training is give to new hires. Quality of work in both Engineering and Analytics/ Data Science department is focused on useless things, rather than product development and enhancing user experience. Management and leaders are clueless and really bad. No career growth due to lack of quality projects .
