The Interview process was horrible, no communication, no structure, the HRBP Manager took my interview and as usual asked me a few questions about my experience but wait, she didn't allow me to talk or complete my statements. She kept speaking and held a very egoistic body language - with an attitude which says 'you are nothing'. Since the very beginning of interaction, the communication was never clear, i checked with acouple of folks about the same and they too had similar experiences. The best part is my ex colleague is also working here and this person clearly warned me of the toxic culture within the org and the unprofessional behaviour among employees, sadly now the culture isn't an issue as the people who've built the culture are themselves toxic. The company facilities are good, but the people managers are worst in there

Very toxic work culture, there is no respect to employee as in the appreciation of work they doo, only politics they proved that authority can bring a 0 person to 100 and 100 person to 0 , worst hr and worst senior managers and worst team leads

Great culture and people. Core engineering teams provide a lot of opportunities to learn new stuff. The internal hackathons are great too.

Dislikes

Business engineering teams have terrible work culture and work life balance. They are service based teams hidden within a product based company.

The seniors treat their juniors as some labrats and make them work 24*7 365 days. The manager calls the employees on holidays, and is extremely biased. As an employee there even the team leads are so immature especially the female lead(initial A) and always makes sure to be biased with her favorite employees or colleagues. There's no growth. Money is peanuts. And the senior manager threatens the employees to leave the company whenever anyone speaks up about the work culture. And even empolyees are fired because of total bias like how i was fired....Read More

Worst company.. woked on the POS side of business. I left the company because of the bad behaviour of my HOD. No Interdepartmental coordination. POS side of business has no culture. Even there is hardly any provision for proper Induction Training. They will feed everything in just one day. No training budget for the POS side of business.
