Dislikes

One challenge at Razorpay can be the fast-paced environment, with rapid growth and constant innovation, it can be demanding to keep up with evolving priorities and tight deadlines. However, this also offers plenty of opportunities for growth and learning.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
