I like to work in my company because it never fails to give salaries on time. It provides better health insurance.Working in my company also improves in career growth. But my one and only personal opinion is that the salary increment wouldn't reach my expectations.

I dislike about my company is there is no increment in salaries as I expected.And there is no promotions to motivate a employee like me.
