Possibly everything else. Few undeserving puppets in higher management pull the strings. Phreesia dictates and they obey without question or delay. They have no sense of ownership towards their team and there is no clear policy on performance management or promotions. Everything depends on what their so-called partner (read as client/master) thinks. Whatever Phreesia says becomes law and Rayden becomes the enforcer. Indian employees are treated terribly compared to employees at Phreesia and they are rapidly losing good talent for same reason. Good performers leave for better opportunities after some time and bad performers (read those not liked by Phreesia) really don't stand a chance since they get stabbed from both sides. If they still survive, they are harassed until they give up and leave. Pathetic management right from leadership level.
