No job security No proper training, only expects you to self learn everything. Basically no real plan for on job training Frequent changes in teams and managers No support from Rayden team if Phreesia escalates for baseless reasons Even if you end up on 4 weeks PEP, they will ask you to resign just 1-2 weeks into it just so they can hire someone else for way lesser package.

Possibly everything else. Few undeserving puppets in higher management pull the strings. Phreesia dictates and they obey without question or delay. They have no sense of ownership towards their team and there is no clear policy on performance management or promotions. Everything depends on what their so-called partner (read as client/master) thinks. Whatever Phreesia says becomes law and Rayden becomes the enforcer. Indian employees are treated terribly compared to employees at Phreesia and they are rapidly losing good talent for same reason. Good performers leave for better opportunities after some time and bad performers (read those not liked by Phreesia) really don't stand a chance since they get stabbed from both sides. If they still survive, they are harassed until they give up and leave. Pathetic management right from leadership level. Remote and the pay, nothing else. The owners and management on the Indian side run a fascade claiming to be the happiest and growing company in the world. Don't fall for this trap, a manager who left told me that they paid to get GPTW certified.
