I joined Raychem RPG recently and had wonderful experience since last 6 month. Onboarding, managment support, work culture, salary, work life balance….i can say everything I felt very good as compared to my previous Japanese MNC company where I worked 13.5 years. I feeling very motivated and free to take any decisions about my department.

Company facilities are world class .. Saturday Sunday's week' off ...many facilities for company employees...

Dislikes

Some managers level employees are non technical knowledge persons because of them employees working at executive levels life as became miserable...

No appreciation, No Increments, No worklife balance you need to work on Saturday Sunday weekly off also due to urgencies and pressure. After all efforts you will not get Increments.

Learn political games at Halol plant only favour of maratha. Flexible hours but not know how long it will be..

Dislikes

Everything lunch and other services, timing partiality, work culture totally bad for Quality, Leaders have not capable to lead, HR head of plant are going to turn friendly work culture to non friendly for its own goal perspective, Appraisal cycle totally political for quality not for other functions at Halol plant, There are managers with partial intension with gender, There is pathetic work environment to work here, I will must say don't work for this company as they don't value staff and like rubbish talking, everything is dislike as enginnering have higher values than quality and very partial behaviour with everyone and we could not work satisfactorily because pathetic level of politics. Please don't go there and I must say even CEO also don't take action against head because he is not capable of understanding what is going on beneath of his head....Read More

Nothing to like in RaychemRPG Chakan, except they are 5 days working.

RaychemRPG Chakan to be specific is the worse company i have ever worked with in my career. Zero job security - they will come to you in the morning saying that today is your last working submit your company assets. HR Manager here is more interested in gossiping and poking into employees personal life. the work of the HR manager is only restricted to finding out which female employee is talking to which male employee so that he can link them up immediately and spread rumors about their alleged affair, surprisingly he is one of the POSH committee member what an irony. Leadership is a the greatest setback, , CEO of this firm addresses to his reportee's in the abusive language, F word to be precise is often used in leadership level meeting as a tag of appreciation, that's their culture . if you find a positive review of this company on websites like ambition box & Glass door please note that its a fake review that you are referring to, its what their intelligent CHRO (CHOR-HR to be honest) has asked her team to write forcefully to increase the positive reviews....Read More

Work life balance and appraisal is so poor. You are Noticed and get notified if u walk n talk more with other than your department buddies. HR system is also slow and poor. you have to keep follow up for basic requirements while & after joining. You might will assign different work than u signed up for without any intimation.

Political culture, extreme racism specially for outsiders. No job Security. People are dying by heart attack by extreme pressure.
