Can't think of anything good.

Dislikes

Offshoot Department. Zero work ethics. The work is not at all systematic. the managers are always shouting at their subordinates and making them rework the same thing multiple times. Have been there for more than a year and haven't seen a single book in print form due to the same reason. The HoD has a bad temper due to which the team keeps changing. She humiliates employees on a regular basis.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
