Good learning opportunity for those who wish to make a career in publishing. The teams are collaborative and genuinely passionate about producing quality content. The management is supportive and encourages creative thinking. There is security of job and good work-life balance.

Boring, no team outings, immense work pressure, the bosses keep changing their mind nd hence the work keeps on lingering till the last day, their policy is 'All work, no recreation allowed'
