Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is interesting. I struggled in beginning as there was no formal training period. I learnt everything as a electrotherm SFC panel , ccm, eot Crane,L.T. and H T line etc

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
