Join this company if you are unemployed. If you have any previous employment or even in small company please don't leave that company for this company even if you offer 40-50% increment it's total worthless. Here no management. If you join this company as a post of incharge or engineer you have to report directly GM and GM report to CEO in middle no any management.

No pros at all. Completely unorganized. Anytime punch block or suspension or sacking. Without any reason transfer anytime. No paid leave. All old HR people left. New Hr are puppet. Leave not allowed. Better to be unemployed rather than this company.

After full month of work, salary cut or hold even for 10 days are very normal here. No fixed salary and salary date. Forget your family life. No appraisal. Everywhere politics and slang languages. Horrible culture. Join completely at your own risk. Better to be unemployed rather than in this company

There is nothing to like... Worst management and CEO. CEO acts like hooligan. Always attendance face punch system gets blocked and salary not on time...salary gets delayed by month.

This review is mainly for Rashmi 6 unit. Rashmi Paradigm and Rashmi green hydrogen. I have no idea about the other units. The first and foremost basic thing which everyone requires to survive is money which they don't give timely. This is my second month after joining and I have not received money of the previous month as well. These people hold money of employees for no reason. Sometimes they say that we are in loss so can't pay you money. Many person has left the job without taking salary of 2-3 months as they are not willing to pay the salary. Please don't do the same mistake which many people has done of joining this waste company. These people gives a huge hike and brings people from good industries including MNC's and then they stop paying you. It's a request, don't join here. 2.HR's are useless and incompetent. They only know how to lie to people during joining 3. Company food is worst of its kind and no food outside in the vicinity. 4. I was posted at Rashmi Metaliks plant-4(RML4)in Safety department in SMS & Rolling Mill area so I'm sharing my experience here with you.....Safety is not first priority here so it's not implemented properly, very poor living conditions for both labour and company worker. There is not even a single proper toilet is built for men inside process area . It's even worse for women. You have to walk a long way to drink water or use washroom. Very dusty and polluted area. You have to do overtime but you will not get paid for it. If you still want to be a part of the company I hope the situation improves and wish you all the best....Read More
