Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Well to be very frank presently company is in growing stage and the basic amenities like canteen, guesthouse facilities, buses to plants yet to be improve more. But the management is trying their best. One suggestion to company about accomodation kindly accomodate staffs as per their respective post or nearer post in the guest house. Otherwise Roxy guest is like home away from home
