Salary lower than industry average, Salary given very late around 15th of every month, have to get in within 10:20 even 1min late will impact your salary after 3 consecutive lates as such. very bad hr policies exploiting freshers by not giving salary structure and appointment letter promptly.

If you fresher try your luck and explore yourself at Rashmi group। For family man it's terrible to stay unless otherwise you are telegu or from Orissa and you don't have any backbone। Backbone less less knowledgable people ( like ITI pass) are the boss। At the end Best of Luck for the guies who willing to join at @ Rashmi only for higher salary
