Nothing, only the colleagues are good otherwise policies of company are worst No salary hike Always late salary (after a month) They fired any employee without any reason/ intimation and no notice pay provided to employe

Zero life balance if boss is available in office you have to work till 11pm (more then 13 hours)

Teammates were very supportive there. If you really want to learn then you have to go in this company. Here you got travel allowance, appraisal allowance, innovative ideas. Work culture was great. Thanks.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
