I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No reputation of first line manager in company. In Punjab main division ZSM is very unethical person. He doesn't know how to treat people. Company owners are good persons. No benefits like family health insurance.
