1) No career growth and learnings as such. (B2B team work culture is very bad) 2) Very minimal hikes even after company became profitable 3) Everyone is forced to work minimum 10 hours and worst is that you need to work on weekends as well. 4) Every team has manpower crunch 2 peoples work is done by one person and still salary correction is not being done 5) No appreciation when targets are achieved but when numbers are hit heavy pressure is being put on everyone....Read More
