Very professional but friendly management always pushing to excel in your role in the company. Management often goes out of the way to help in any situations related to work. Lots of encouragement to participate in sporting and cultural activities arranged by the office.

I have been working in the Industry for the past 20 years, 15 of them in night shifts. The day shift is the best about Rapid Care, also good approach by trainers, HRs, TLs.
