1. The fact that this is a 7 to 4 job, which is hard to find in this industry. Getting up at comparatively late is a luxury. 2. Salary gets credited promptly by month end. 3. Team leaders are nice people. 4. I can get flexible timing on the occasions I need to. 5. My position is 100% work at home.

1. Being shunted around to handle different accounts, which is first of all stressful and secondly affects productivity. My team leader is, however, a very nice person who tries to accommodate me in any way possible, I am not sure it would be the same if I were to be shifted to work under another team leader. 2. There is job security and good work-life balance.

The company functions like a government office. The office is too politically charged. Employees with political clout with management, team leads enjoy the most. Increment, career growth, appraisal are all based on your clout with the team leads and supervisors. Very poor ethics. People who work hard are given more tougher jobsand made to work even more harder, but when it comes to remuneration nothing more is given to the person who has worked hard.
