Spent 1.5 years at Raphe, it was difficult to be a part of the work culture, irregular working hours- 11-12 hours in a day! Forced to be a part of the parties/meetings Asked to work every other sunday from office without any compensatory leaves provided

Dislikes

Impotent management, no well defined KRAs, career path, people are joining and alloted no work for 4-5 months straight Please 🙏🏻 do not join this company, you will hamper your physical and mental health both!!!
