Working here like going to hell there is faurd in accommodation salary everything.they treat humans like labourer. working continuously for 12 to 25 hours seriously I have worked here for 1 month, there is no such thing as management here.

Job security is like a you wouldn't like to work there even if you don't work there when someone will tell you what's happening inside, Culture is about Roadies show "kro nhi to niklo" Management works after 10pm in night of Saturday for informing "tomorrow is working" . I like the Work Timings while working at Raphe mPhibr as they give us Flexibility. While the Department you're working in plays a vital role, but overall the Company is there to support it - As I'm more of an Evening Person when it comes to my work efficiency. While trying to maintain a proper streamline Workflow of the Processes, they keep in mind the Entertainment aspect with various fun activities - Highlight being the Foosball and two Table Tennis Tables. Most of the Departments' members being Youthful in personality and having a vision for the future. And finally adding the 24x7 Food Facilities in the Cafeteria(s)!...Read More

Working here feels like being a part of Raphe family. Great opportunities to learn and grow as a professional! In house therapist, fitness trainers, multi cuisine catered food and cab facilities are an add on to the work culture! Great place to work!!!
