Work life at Rao IIT has always been very smooth and easy going. Yes there were hurdles in between but with proper team work and proper guidance of senior management, it has always been fun working with the team. About the dislikes I would say there in nothing in particular, but still I would like to mention about the target. The targets to be achieved is very high sometimes but I also agree with the fact that that with the increase in target, incentives also increases. Punctuality also sometimes becomes difficult to be followed say when it comes to attending the meetings.

Good work environment and culture.All Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
