i was given way too much to do with little to no guidance..it forced me to pave my own path in order to get the job done

barely any appreciation for all the slogging, management has no goal in mind, do not treat employees well

they let you explore opportunities as they like to start new things but the management has a tendency to overwork you without realizing it thus not giving you enough space to be creative
