Hr policies, salary, flexible timing, no overtime, worklife balance

There is no growth in bandhej and work shall be monotonous. Driven by single lady who is founder and director. Hence any single decision shall be taken by her and no authority shall be provided to senior level staff. Always keeps an eye on whether staff is in her place or not. A bit desi types while using languages and abusing wordsand does mimicry if she doesnot like anyone’s work. Behave with her staff like a slave. Entire team is good except founder but thats what matters the most when it is a small organization. Work Details

Like a govt job with not much work and still have to pretend that we are having too many work . As director will peep through her glss window and call even if you go to washroom or outside for more then 5 minutes.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
