There is no growth in bandhej and work shall be monotonous. Driven by single lady who is founder and director. Hence any single decision shall be taken by her and no authority shall be provided to senior level staff. Always keeps an eye on whether staff is in her place or not. A bit desi types while using languages and abusing words and does mimicry if she doesnot like anyone’s work. Behave with her staff like a slave. Entire team is good except founder but thats what matters the most when it is a small organization. Doesnot think and let us give any suggestion on the improvement and expansion of her business or ecommerce platform. Still believes in old style work.
